FancyMMO walked me through it, and explained everything in laymans terms to me. Afterwards, snowy even IM'd me and I told him Fancy had already taken care of me and I appreciated the degree of professionalism his company had. I'll definatly use Epicmmo again and I'll even suggest this site to friends who may have wow needs. Thanks again guys for a great experiance!
